Texas:
-You can conceal any type of gun anywhere in a vehicle AND it can be loaded.
-There is no ownership laws so anyone can possess a gun.
-A neighboring state to New York has unrestricted access to guns.
-Open carrying is mostly unrestricted.

California:
- There is unrestricted ownership of guns in California.
-Guns must be unloaded an cased when carried in a vehicle.
-Concealed carry is restrictive to residents of California.
Iowa:

-Licenses are issued to allow concealed carry of weapons.

ReplyDeleteI think that all states should have regulations at least along the lines of New York's restrictions so that everyone that does purchase a gun there are restrictions to prevent them from doing what they want when they please with the guns.
ReplyDeleteWhat a great example of states rights! I find it interesting that gun control laws vary throughout the states. No wonder the country is split in half on this topic!
